White cabbage

Pickling mix

Mix all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves.

Slaw

Peel and julienne the carrot. Shred the red and white cabbages finely. Mix the carrot and cabbages together, then add the pickling mix and mix well. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to settle. Serve.
