Roast Chicken

Herb Compound Butter

Leave the butter out to soften. Mince the garlic clove. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Roast Chicken

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Rub the herb compound butter liberally over the chicken breast. Place the chicken breast into a tray and into the oven. Roast for 30 minutes, flipping the breast halfway through so they roast evenly. Serve.
