Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Peel and cut the sweet potato into 2 centimeter cubes. Toss the sweet potato with extra-virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper and mix well. Place on a tray in the oven and roast for 30 minutes, turning the sweet potato once halfway through so they cook evenly. Serve.
